Roma Holland – NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board
Roma is the lead for the Coventry and Warwickshire ICB Virtual Care Programme. As the Head of Primary Care, she is the Commissioning Lead for GP digital technology, setting the strategy for the direction of travel and system leadership on programme delivery. Roma has worked in the NHS for 33 years, starting as a nurse and moving into commissioning, using her experience in clinical practice to help inform and support programmes and projects.
Bilal Kirmani, Cardiac Surgeon, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital
Bil is a cardiac surgeon at the UK’s largest standalone cardiothoracic hospital and the lead for the cardiac waiting list triage element of the Cheshire & Mersey telehealth programme, collaborating with partners across Lancashire and South Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Bil’s experience in digital platforms and IT innovations is coupled with an interest in patient and clinician focussed design, user interface development and clinical consent to create solutions for modern clinical practice.
