Shuri Network Bursary Programme applications for 2024 now open

Applications are now open for this year’s Shuri Network Bursary Programme, where women from minority ethnic groups can secure a free place at Digital Health Summer Schools 2024 in Durham.

The Shuri Network is the first NHS and care network for women from ethnic minorities in digital health and data. It is committed to promoting difference and diversity in digital health, challenging the system to take action and supporting members to succeed in their careers with the support of allies including the Digital Health Network.

Following the incredible success of the Bursary Programme over the past two years, a further 20 women from minority ethnic groups who are members of the Network will be provided with a bursary to cover the cost of Digital Health Summer Schools 2024 on 18-19 July at Durham University.

This bursary programme includes:

  • Two-day access to keynotes, presentations, breakout sessions and networking
  • Accommodation, meals and refreshments
  • Access to evening social events
  • CPD certificate of attendance
