    Toby Page
    – Architecture Lead, Traverse Digital – providing services on behalf of the Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Shared Care Record
The LLR Care Record is part of the national Shared Care Record (ShCR) programme.  This will give health and care professionals directly involved in an individual’s care a more complete view of the care and treatment that they have received across all services.  The region is implementing technology components from the Interweave product set.  This is a set of technical capabilities originally developed for the Yorkshire and Humber Care Record but now being rolled out across other regions.

Hear the local experience of using design thinking methodologies alongside architecture design and solution delivery.  This includes how some of the following approaches have been adopted:

    • Conducting user research with local users to discover and capture pain-points in a structured way
    • Making use of online tools to deal with remote working challenges
    • Applying hypothesis-driven design techniques to help clarify solution proposals
    • Analysing technical gaps and engaging with system suppliers to deliver new features
    • Working with regional and inter-regional standards groups to ensure information consistency
