Lyniate and NextGate enter definite merger agreement

Healthcare interoperability company, Lyniate and digital identity solutions provider, NextGate, have entered a definitive merger agreement.

It is hoped the deal will help both companies meet increased market demand for more advanced solutions that address data quality as well as data-sharing. Furthermore, the deal will boost Lyniate’s interoperability offering.

For Lyniate customers who may be pursuing identity management initiatives, the move will mean they will have immediate access to pre-built connectors to the Lyniate Corepoint and Rhapsody interface engines, Lyniate Envoy managed service, and Lyniate Rapid API gateway.

The announcement follows Lyniate teaming up with RPA Health in November 2021. The partnership saw Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) technologies being provided to NHS Trusts, private hospitals, social care providers and healthcare software suppliers across the UK and Ireland.
