Four companies selected for East Midlands accelerator programme

Four digital health companies have been selected as part of the latest round of the East Midlands Digital Health Accelerator programme.

The programme, run by the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network (EMAHSN), is designed to help companies with digital health innovations that have the potential to have a positive impact on the health and care system and wider economy.

Companies are supported to help expand their digital health technologies and innovations within the East Midlands and wider areas, with a tailored package of expert guidance, advice and support. This includes one-to-one support and coaching, masterclasses and opportunities to showcase products to NHS decision-makers and influencers.

The four companies selected are:

  • SapienĀ HealthĀ ā€“ a remote health coaching solution that helps patients beforeā€Æand afterā€Æsurgery
  • Remcareā€“Ā  allows for the remote collection of clinical data andā€Æcommunicationā€Æwith patients
  • Unphasedā€“ Unphasedā€™sā€Æinnovationā€ÆConsentifyā€Æis a digital solution designed toā€Æstreamline the patient participation and consent process in clinical trials. step of a clinical trial
  • Memory Lane GamesĀ ā€“ ORCHA-certified appsā€Æenable families to instantly turn theirā€Æmemories into personalisedā€Æcognitively stimulating activities, which aim to provide mental stimulation and personalised care for dementia patients and carers
