CSE seeks acute trust partner
- 30 April 2010
CSE Healthcare systems, suppliers of the RiO care records system for community, mental health and child health services, is looking for an NHS acute trust partner to take its new product, Oceano.
Development director Alistair Eaton said: “Oceano is based on a RiO architecture, but with a lot of new functionality.”
Specifically, CSE says the new acute system provides integrated clinical and patient administration functionality across mixed secondary care specialties, supporting both emergency and elective care in an acute hospital.
Oceano is web-based, person-centric and provides a single care record for each patient.
CSE says it has extensive local configuration tools, which can be used to meet the clinical and administrative function requirements of secondary care. User access is secured through NHS information governance standards and smartcards.
Acute trust representatives who would like to explore the idea of partnership to use Oceano can contact Kate Griffiths: kate.griffiths@cse¬-globaluk.com
