Three wins takes JAC to the 100 customer mark

The recent contract signings of the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, the Whittington Hospital NHS Trust and the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, has resulted in JAC passing the 100th customer contract mark. These recent contracts followed the summer signing of the States of Guernsey for JAC’s fully integrated E-Prescribing and Medicine Administration system as part of the EPR solution being delivered by TrakHealth.

British Computer Society Offers Bursaries For 2008 Health Informatics Conference

NHS and social care sector staff attending theBritish Computer Society (BCS) Healthcare Computing event, in Harrogate next April, could have their expenses covered. The BCS’ health informatics forum is offering bursaries to applicants passionate about the long term role of digital technology in healthcare, to mark the 25th anniversary of the international conference. The bursary covers UK travel, conference fees, and overnight accommodation.

Tano Rebora appointed as VP Sales and Marketing, as McKesson

McKesson UK, part of McKesson Corporation, has announced the appointment of Tano Rebora as VP Sales and Marketing of McKesson UK. In his new position, Tano will be responsible for driving the continually expanding portfolio of McKesson solutions into the healthcare market. His work will further enforce McKesson’s continued reputation as a preferred supplier across 90% of NHS organisations, as it continues to grow as an integral provider of IT solutions and services within the NHS and wider UK healthcare sector.
